In the middle of Dedemsvaart you will find Tuinen Mien Ruys. This green monument is a source of inspiration for anyone who loves gardens or landscape architecture. The thirty different gardens are the life's work of Mien Ruys (1904-1999), one of the most important garden architects of the twentieth century. She experimented with garden design, planting and materials. It created an innovative movement within garden architecture.

We have group arrangements including a guide who will show you around the gardens. In the plant corner you will find a lovely selection of perennials for your garden. The Gardens can also be booked as a wedding location.
